One of my most laborious, but also most satisfying pieces to make is the chef roll.
A whole lot of gorgeous, premium grade leather is hand stitched and riveted together with waxed linen and solid brass rivets to create this ten slot knife roll.
The chef’s logo is tooled, painted, and burnt into the leather on the front of the roll. Burnt onto the back side of the roll is a pig, long horn cow, and a chicken with the different cuts of meat outlined.
The very adjustable, detachable strap attaches with solid brass clasps and adjusts with a solid brass buckle.
These rolls are entirely handmade and completely one of a kind. Nothing compliments the incredible art of culinary like a custom knife roll.
